Ahhh, the holiday season. Filled with love, laughter, cheer, and the looming black cloud of wondering what to buy your friends and family for Christmas.
If you have an aspiring (or established) podcaster in your life I put together a gift guide for your shopping convenience this year! This list is based on products I use every day in my business and I find to be tried and true. I also threw in a few items that I thought would make fun additions to studio spaces because we all love a visual interest set piece.

This microphone is a must have for new and established podcasters. the ability to plug it into a phone or laptop as well as an interface through an XLR cable. The sound quality is great in almost any environment, and the pop filter comes with is so you don’t have to buy one separately.
SanDisk 1 TB Portable SSD – $75
One thing people don’t realize when they start their podcast is how much space they take up on their computers. Especially if it is a video podcast! These SanDisk SSD’s are so handy to store backups of old files, and are great for exporting video podcasts from iMovie. I have multiple on hand at all times!
Speaking of video podcasts, the hot item to have in a back drop is a custom neon light, but custom can get expensive quick. Amazon has a great selection of fun podcast related lights at different price points to gift your pod friend! Keep an eye out for it in the background of upcoming episodes.
Fun Accessories that Show Off Their Pod – $12-$40
Whether it is a coffee mug that mentions they are a podcaster, or you go as far as to get their podcast name and logo custom engraved on Stanley cup, something little that shows off their passion is a gift from the heart!
